Serving as an enchanting corporate retreat facility from October through April, The Ranch at UCross is designed for group meetings, receptions, and retreats for up to 100 guests. During this time, groups booking our Ranch will have exclusive use of the property, where cozy accommodations, warm fires, wonderful food, breathtaking Wyoming scenery, and our attentive “Blue Jean” hospitality frame every moment.

Meeting & Event Space

The ranch house includes a large dining room that can seat up to 100. Our kitchen can cater events for 300 guests, but outdoor temporary space, e.g., a tent, may be required depending on the weather.

Pool House

This 200-square-foot venue accommodates up to 10 guests and features restrooms, wireless Internet, books, board games, and a TV. 

Hunting Lodge

Measuring 800 square feet in a very private setting, this venue features sliding glass doors and a deck looking out onto Piney Creek, vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, and six sleeping rooms. Conference amenities include a screen and projector, TV, wireless Internet, and conference phone capabilities. Seats 45 comfortably.
