Please call the Ranch to confer with our on-site chef, Vickie Wilhelm, who will create the perfect meals for your event. From traditional “Cowboy” favorites to gourmet specialties, customized meal packages are available for dinner, breakfast, meeting breaks and weddings/receptions/reunions.
May to September
Breakfast is either a breakfast buffet or a la carte with both offering hearty and light/healthy options. Most evenings feature a sumptuous buffet highlighted by enticing beef, trout and vegetarian selections. On nights when the buffet is not available, guests may select from an a la carte menu.
